How're you ever going to know what they are without taking them out?

Good point moodorf. Its hard not to rip those two bad boys outta there like Hemi said. Let me throw this out there. Has anyone used a mild electrical current on this type of container? Hey, Old Wiltshire, you continue to amaze!

That's very interesting and would look great just as it is in a museum display simply as a curio. Wouldn't suprise me that if those bottles had labeles that they're still intact since they've been in that container for the past 100 years. Reminds me of this time I found a rusty old coin dispenser and there was a perfectly preserved mercury dime still in the mechanism through the entire dispencer was 100% rust.

Had to do it, it is Sanford Ink. I did say to someone, there's no crying for diggers but this almost did it.

Is that a metal container? It certainly looks like it, are the bottles embossed.

Hi again Mailman,

Here is the full set of photographs I took when I acquired this item a few years ago at a show in the UK.
The bottles are not embossed but are shaped to fit the litho printed metal container.
