Found while metal detecting and investigating an old homestead site..

Found a couple other things, but I'm stumped on this..

Any ideas?
Not sure on metal composition yet, HIGHLY doubtful its silver..

I'll take a couple shots:

Drawer pull perhaps?

Maybe component part of suspenders (braces for the Brits on the forum) or of horse tack or animal harness system?

It's Art Deco in style so likely from the 1930's, perhaps it's a curtain rod finial.
