even without a date code , we still have a pretty good idea when it would of been used , 8 bubble bottles would have to be from the mid to late 30's , that seems to be when they were used

Oh wow yeah I didn't realize how big it was. I've never seen anything like that in use in Canada, I wish it had a paper label as well because I'd be really curious to see who was using it.
That is definitely not from the early 1900s and has nothing to do with Karl Hutter. That's a no-deposit beer bottle from the latter part of the 20th century.
