Big old glass bottle, no label or embossing.

Any ideas? pictured beside a Coke bottle for scale. Approx 4" diameter and 16" tall. It doesn't look super old but not new either. Thanks in advance

So if it's really that old, is there anything recommended to help "preserve" the label or jut leave as-is? (All the other bottles I've come across are newer and don't have paper labels).
