I am sure the bottle was shipped over by AAFES Army, Air Force Exchane Service that run stores on the American Bases world wide. I have enjoyed many a Coca Cola in Germany. I was able to find Yuengling (Pennsylvania made and distributed mostly on the east coast) beer in an AAFES store in England...
If you had posted this 2 days ago I might have been able to help. I ran across a Stroudsburg Bottling Works crown top yesterday. I was in 6 different antique stores. I don't remember which one it was in.
Here are two early ones that I have. The first one has "The non corkable patent bottle" embossed with the name of the company. It has 4 pieces of glass that are inside the lip of the bottle.
The second one has a seam that sticks out about 1/16" and then disappears.
