Those sell crazy fast on eBay. Anything auto related is hot. IMO I’d put $25 to 30 each and see what happens. The spouts are in great shape. 8 bottles plus the carrier should fetch $150 to $225 or so.
Jars were used over and over so it should have obvious signs of wear on the base. If it looks brand new, it probably is. You may have a nice one though but it’s too difficult to tell from one photo.
I like it! We have themes from different eras in time used in different rooms of the house. One of my favorites is the (sort of) late
1800’s bar and pool hall.
The only historical flask I own and I don’t know the McKearin number for it. I’ve had this for close to 30 years now! It’s a Pittsburg double eagle, I believe it to be a rare color: that being a true light amethyst, and it’s about 5 or 6” tall. No Pontil. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Unique bottle here that I believe is a Shelfware or shop furniture bottle (https://sha.org/bottle/medicinal.htm#Shop Furniture) that has what I would call a puce color with an iron Pontil. There is no seam whatsoever so I think it is turned as well. Riter Brothers opened in 1891. Would you agree...
