I found this shard of a early soda water and need help identifying what bottle this is from. I suspect it's of NY origin and early 1840s vintage. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey all,
I made up a ABN namebadge template for use at shows. It has the ABN logo and space to put your forum name on it. It's set-up for Avery 2x4 shipping labels and is in MS Word (.doc) format. E-mail me if you want a copy. Please put "ABN template" in the subject line.

Can anyone help ID this shard? (Matt?) It's an aqua medicine form, beveled edges, hinge-mold, open pontil embossed with the letters "R R I C K" and a small S above the K. The bottle would be approx. 1-1/2" wide.
I picked this bottle up about 20 yrs ago at a flea market for $15. I don't know much about it other than it's form was started in a ribbed mold and finished by hand. Has a nice solid pontil mark on the base. She's a beauty in the window. Origin thoughts?
