Hey Poison_Us, thanks for that info on the skull poisons. It's interesting to know that they are particularly fragile and where they are usually broken. I actually stopped liking this bottle because I see it everywhere online. I'd rather spend the money (ya know, ALL that tons of money I have...
Poison_Us - it doesn't count if it's machine made, right? I have one (not sure yet the exact measurements), AND it's attic mint! Pellets, cotton, and cork still in it, but it's machine made. [:@]
We had a great time at the Early Bird Special and can't wait for tomorrow!
I picked up some poisons to add to my collection:
These are the two Owls I snagged (a med and a poison):
And this little poison I bought from Terry Kuhn!!! Meeting her was the highlight of the day for me!
Picked this up today. After removing the wicker, it appears the bottle has some kind of staining by an unknown substance, possibly oil. Any suggestions on how to clean the inside? Any particular solvents, cleaners...sugar, salt?
Jamie,
Haven't gotten Kuhn's poison workbooks yet. I was planning on getting the APBCA's 2005 book first and then Kuhn's books. We shall see what Christmas brings. ;)
I couldn't imagine people not being into poisons. They're really fun!!
Thanks Jamie! Haha, I do feel a little strung out. I'm really enjoying collecting! That sure is an owl on that cobalt on the left. My very own owl!! [:D]
