UNFAIR!! Frozen here in Canada!
A couple of weeks ago I was feeling sorry for myself here in Maine until I talked to my son in Bozeman Montana where it was a balmy 35 degrees below zero.[&:] He was pi--ed because Montana State doesn't cancel classes unless it's 40 below.[:D] As for digging in the winter, I usually let that go...- Maine Digger

teeny tiny cellar holes
Have you attempted a search of the area in question via sanborns maps, local historical society,etc. If you could determine how the area was used back when the 'foundations' were built, you might determine their use. Was the area farmed in the past, are the trees new or old growth, is there...- Maine Digger
