Emerald Green Bottle- What is it?

Dug this bottle/jar up last week. I've never seen anything like this before. It dates to the early 1930s or before. It measures 6 1/2" tall and about 1 1/2 wide. Looks like a cork top. It has full seems, and it has a makers mark, but it is unreadable. Looks like something within a...

Yeah, I think it's just full of old booze. The bottle itself is probably clear.

    Starbursted Bottle- What is This?

I dig in South Jersey. Been digging a dump that was active between the Civil War and early 1930s. I'll keep posting.

    D.B. Bottles?

A little bit more about the bottles: They are crown top, but very early, so I am assuming that they are tooled. The finish also looks very unprofessional and "goopy". The bottles are certainly not machine made. The only seams that the bottles have are vertical. There are no horizontal...

Looking 4 South Jersey Dig Partners

Wheelah- I am finding that a lot of the early dig spots are on the mainland along marshy areas. That's where they dumped their trash in those days. I'm still searching for some good privies.

I don't have any blue bottle tops that I can sell at the moment. My wife makes all of the jewelry.

No, I dig mostly in Cape May County. I've been to the Barnegat spot though. Are you referring to the place near A.C.?
