I have found several other Carter's ink bottles, but the ones that are cobalt blue and 9.5" tall are all the cathedral variety with several sides. This one is just round. I can't find it in the book I borrowed from the library or on any of the sites I've searched. Can anyone tell me about it?
Here are two bottles that are almost identical. They are both olive green, although there is a slight different in coloration, and one is about 3/8" shorter than the other. The taller one is 9.5" tall.

Here's another interesting bottle from my father's collection. I have read that there are lots of reproductions of this bottle. The descriptions I've found of the originals and reproductions are not super helpful. What do you think?
I have very recently entered the world of bottle collecting with this bottle I inherited from my father. I am looking for information about it. Other markings: "Patented 1863" on both sides of cabin under the roof.
