I dug this ink recently in Toronto, Canada
It's ten sided, shear top.
The embossing reads G. Toirays Anti-Corrosive.
I believe this ink to be British.
I read in an older bottle book that they made a cheaper ink from iron filings
that would corrode the paper in time.
Would anybody have any info on a lid i recently dug in Toronto.
I suspect it's british but not sure as it's the first i dug.
The lid reads, MILLER'S PREPARED GLYCERINE.
The transfer is black.
