    Help me identify these please!

    I found these on a riverbank, where a tree had uprooted, and a bunch of stuff was washed out. The tiny jar is very small, about 3 inches tall, clear and heavy. The bottom marks are: 106, a J in a circle, a K in a keystone, and 2. The stoneware bottle is very heavy, cream colored, about 8 inches...

    Please help me identify!

    I know these aren’t as old as most of you find, but we’ve been digging in 2 “old” dump sites, (from the 30’s to 50’s), and we found these and I can’t find anything about them. One looks like a small soda bottle, and the other looks like a tiny milk bottle, but the shape seems different to me...

    I have a goofy question... What do you use for your rubbing of the bottles’ information on the bottom? I’ve tried crayons and a couple other things and I can’t ever get it to work!
