    This is one of the best bottles I have dug out of a big dump. I have been told by other diggers it's value is around $300 but I have yet to find any solid information on it. It is not listed in any of my books and I cannot find any data on it on the web either. Has anyone seen this bottle...

    Gunsmoke, No, they come out of the ground in pretty rough shape. I have a cleaning meathod that seems to work very good. I use a combination of oxyclean, bleach and warm water, I then use lead BB's and swirl them around in the bottle....it eats the dirt and rust right of the glass. If the...

    Well, if there are bottles in the foundation, there are two ways they could have got there. 1) from the residents of the house 2) The foundation was used as a dump after the house was gone. You'll know right away if it was used as a dump cause you'll find stuff everywhere. If it was not used...

    Here are the bottles found last weekend all cleaned up
