Wood bottle model-Clear Springs Pop Shop, Vancouver B.C.

The only opportunity in my collecting years to ad a wood model to the collection! It matches up to the Vancouver Clear Springs Pop Shop bottle that came in clear and green. I believe it's also the same one for Renfrew Bottling Works, Ontario.

    Pepsi 26oz foil label

Just recently picked up this pretty awesome 26oz Pepsi foil label. It's dated May/June of 1970 and is a No Deposit no Return package. This particular label design was introduced in late 1969.

    Coca-Cola Canada 1915 patented...the rarest?

Back in Sept. 2014 I posted a thread 'Canada's rarest Coca-Cola hobble skirt... The D19' and by November that year I had lucked out and acquired the ice blue version of the D19...which has the Patent year Nov 16, 1915. This bottle is actually Canada's first Coca-Cola hobble skirt and now...

    Quirst by Seven Up

So after eight long years, my quest for the final Quirst in my collection is complete! The grape flavor was the final one, but came with the orange and fruit punch as upgrades. Here's a quick synopsis derived from casetext.com about Squirt Co. suing Seven Up over the use of the name Quirst...

The King of Orange....Crush Canada brown quarts!

Well this week I hit a 36 year collecting milestone by adding arguably one the best and hardest to find Crush quarts from Canada. Thanks to a good friend he was able to hook me up with the Krinkly 30oz ACL second version (1946-1955). While Canada may have lacked in the variety of sizes and ACL...

    Dr Pepper-Canada

Some of my Dr Pepper goods from Canada. I don't think this product became available until the late 50's but was here for sure by 1961.

    Where did my post go?

It seems that my post 'Is the use of forums dead?' has disappeared!!...unless I'm loosing my mind?

26oz amber Crush bottle date code.

A recent small discovery I made on the Canadian 26oz amber Mae West Crush bottle is interesting. While the examples are scarce and most known are probably dated 1966, I discovered on my bottle that under the 6 for 1966 is a 5!!!...I was able to see it with a 30X40 loupe. In the second photo...

    30oz Canadian Crush for Christmas!

I always knew the 30oz Krinkly was a 1930's bottle!...but its always nice to find the ads that help prove that. All the examples I've seen are from Consumers glass which have no date codes visible. The ad is dated Dec 14th 1938. That Christmas 3 pack carton would be amazing to see! One thing...

    White Rock

Out of all my cans this is probably one of the more completed sets featuring three generations of White Rock soda cans distributed by Kelly, Douglas & Co. Vancouver, and canned by Shasta Beverages Vancouver BC. I'm on the hunt for one that eludes me, it's the 3rd gen Cream Soda, it will have...

    Island Bottling- Nanaimo, B.C.

This is an absolute gem!...so lucky to find one of these scarce green examples! Dated march/April 1954.....this was from shortly after they took over operations of Rumming's limited.

    Crush green quart!...from Canada

I am super stoked to ad this bottle to my collection! The bottle is a mid 1930's green Crush 30 oz quart, no other green Crush bottle has Crushy embossed other that these quarts, spilts, and we have yet to see a pint. What makes it double rare is the Crystal Spring label (none others known to...

Pepsi 26oz paper label 70's Canadian

Well it's not a screaming find but it managed to wiggle it's way into my collection. It's a 26oz no refill with a screw top by Domglass dated Jan/Feb 1975. While I don't push to hard to find Pepsi stuff, I still would not mind finding an older Canadian Pepsi NDNR of the 60's era.

    The Canadian Ward's Crush Bottles

For those that never knew, in Canada there was never a Crush bottle produced with the embossed name Ward's like the USA had. This is our version or Ward's equivalent that was from the 1920-26 or so era. Here is an update on the Canadian 'Ward's krinkly bottle. This is showing what is now...

Early Canadian hobble skirt Coke from Consumers glass

One of my favorite Cokes is this pre 1924 from Consumers glass, I picked it up about seven years ago. It has 'TRADE MARK REGISTRED' on both sides, and one side has 'MIN CONTENTS 6-FL. OZS.' The base has the inverted triangle with a C inside of it. The Coca-Cola Company of Canada was formed...

    Crush syrup jug

A good friend of mine dropped this off for me over the weekend! I don't normally collect these as they take up a ton of space, but it was a gift...and I love Crush so it was most welcomed into my collection. The glass is made by Consumers and dated Jan/Feb 1969.....but I believe the label to be...

Rummings Maple Leaf Pale Ginger Ale-RARE!

It's been a slow start this year but I did land another gem thanks to a good collector buddy! This is a rare one from Rummings Bottling Works, Nanaimo, B.C. The label states 'NOT LESS THAN 6 FLUID OUNCES'....the bottle is embossed on the heel 'CONTENTS 7 FLUID OZS.

    Felix!!!Two new cool cats!

Just finished up a deal with a good buddy and two of the bottles were from Felix distributors ltd. Vancouver. A couple of cool cats I've been after for some time now!...also got that little opener too!

    Krinkly Crush with curled R's!

Gota love variations! Well I finally managed to ad the Canadian (short) 6 oz REG. made by Consumers glass with the curled R's! That is the main feature that distinguishes it from all the others, also of note is the fact is has no hyphen beside the C and the fact that the O and R are even across...
