    What is this bottle with inner vial?

    Trying to identify this for a friend--4" tall bottle with rubber cup on top and rubber insert holding a vial inside it. It comes in a wood holder/case also. All I can read of the bottom is B-D in the middle. Machine made for sure. Anyone know what this was for?thank you!Jill
