What is this bottle with inner vial?

Trying to identify this for a friend--4" tall bottle with rubber cup on top and rubber insert holding a vial inside it. It comes in a wood holder/case also. All I can read of the bottom is B-D in the middle. Machine made for sure. Anyone know what this was for?thank you!Jill

Would love to have info about and bottles of Dr. H. A. Tucker

I'm hoping to learn more about Dr. Harrison A. Tucker and his products. I'm also interested in buying any of his bottles. I believe some (all?) say Brooklyn, NY as the city. I've only seen the "Eclectic Remedies" and "No. 59 Diaphoretic Compound" that are on eBay and would appreciate any info...
