Have Access to old bottling plant that operated from 1870 to 1915

chestnut flasks
update on this blue/green flask for anyone that may be interested. I showed this to an "expert" on chestnuts and was told it was from around 1780 and most likely a south new jersey produce flask. value 700 to 800 dollars! not bad for a $12 purchase on OfferUp. You always need to be watching!!- schermdog

how i got started digging
i grew up in a small town in southern ny and was part of a group of poor town kids that ran all over town exploring backyards. this was in in the early 70's and bottle collecting was at a peak. at the same time the township also started running public sewer lines and digging up every ones yards...- schermdog

chestnut flasks
I posted this in another section not realizing there is a spot for "pontils only". If anyone wants to comment on these I would appreciate it. One question I have is the blue green one a rare color? i have seen many like the amber one but not many of the other. Thanks ahead for your feedback- schermdog

thank you ACL. I appreciate your input. question (for anyone) - if i wanted to sell these what is the best resource to do so? I would assume some kind of auction site? Maybe even here buyers make themselves known? This is all new to me. thanks again- schermdog

Thank you nhpharm. really that much value? I feel very guilty with how i obtained them now if that is the case (OK not THAT guilty really) Does anyone else have input on the value? It blows me away that these have survived almost 200 years and now sit on my shelf- schermdog

Pontil bottle information needed
Hi all...new to the site and loving it. I have a couple of bottles I am looking for info on. The amber one is 8" in ht and the blue/green one is 10". I was told amber one is a Chestnut flask.
