    Yes! It is quite a stumper. The coffee bit is what drew me into it, but answers are lacking. Instant coffee makes sense given the size and nature of the bottle and a UK provenance makes sense - the bottom markings sounded like a British company. Thanks for the input!

    Wow! Those stoppers for sure look right. Dating sounds right too. I am curious about the product too. Any thoughts? I'm in the US and this bottle came from the Eastern/New England area and there really isn't very much info about coffee containers that aren't made of metal.
