Amethyst Purple Keystone.

I have a ground lip amethyst hero pre-1900s jar with some light amber swirling by neck.ive seen 100s of them glass hunting.every one aqua.so mine was once clear...never seen a pre 1900 clear jar..I clear pre 1900 jar would be rare right?????why where most pre-1900s one aqua???

Like that blob.ill have to dig out all stl bottles and I'll send ya some pics here's a couple .I might have another t.leo and a j.winkler I'll let you now what I got doubles of.

Came across the three piece mold garage saleing today

Pre-1900 3peice mold probably alcohol. Any more info would be much appreciated

About two years of walking creeks and diggin worth. Have seen LOTS of shards. Them being so thick I believe they're a little bit stronger than basic ones.POST SOME SLUGS

1924-1928 Local Soda found in lake

Nice slug. Those are some heavy bottles. All that glass for 7 1/2 ounces.

Can anyone identify this jar?

I'd guess coffee 50s-70s. Probably had a paper label on it.

Some nice finds from yesterday's dig! Dug my oldest fruit jar!

Does glass insert have the same date as on the bottom of the jar if so it's a matching enclosure. Very rarely do you find original enclosures with jars. Meaning that it was probably thrown away long long time ago before some other lid got put on it. Very rarely do dig them in good condition...

Think this is it rb-1700.to bad it isnt AMBER huh.still a nice jar I would definitely stop an check it out if I was walking throu flea market. I don't have one and don't hardly ever see them around here where I'm from.congrats on first jar keep it.dug up jars are the best jars.that jar is...

looks to be the original enclosure on that Mason improved that jar might be with worth some money. I'll redbook it soon as I get home. Don't see many of them jars. Nice finds

I mostly am looking for unique jars.thats about all I'll spend $ on.if ya come across any I'd be interested. Is there anything you'd like me to keep an eye out for?I got a whole shed full of glass I'm need to get rid of.mostly creek finds and basic jars.

No my wife keeps my jar budget on a short leash....we've got 3 little ones at home so I don't get to spend as much as I'd like. It's amazing the work that went into making things back in the day the ring boxes artwork is amazing. One of the major reasons I'm into antique glass the workmanship...

COOL DIRTY OLD DR.PEPPER.

Found this dirty old Dr Pepper bottle in my favorite Creek today. I don't think I'm going to wash this one I think it looks awesome dirty like this. Some things look better dirty what do you all think

Is it better if I clean it?

If you do clean it be very careful.them ACL bottles the color will come right off.yellow comes off the worst.
