I love glasshouse shards, and I think they can be so important to collectors and accurately attributing objects. Too much of this imformation is slipping through the cracks. I have really learned so much from my collection of glasshouse fragments!

As someone also mentioned... most of these are weakly embossed. Also, this is actually more likely to be a NY state bottle, from the Mount Vernon glass factory. Either way... it is early, colored, embossed, pontilled, and...
