    Historical Flask Identification

I've got this calabash bottle flask with a pictorial of a straw bushel split in the middle with a rake/hoe, and on the opposite side it has a star with 8 points. I've been able to Identify most of my uncle's historical flask collection through research on the internet so I haven't needed to buy...

    Flask Identification Help

I've got this tall green flask with a long glass "string" wrapped around the neck of the bottle. It appears to have some oxidation/rusting on the surface of the glass, potentially from its age. It's got an open pontil and a blob-y flared lip with some large bubbles in the glass. Anyone know...

    Identification Help

This bottle is in the shape of a man and it has a Maine State Liquor Commission stamp/sticker on it, and a seal was broken as well. Do y'all have any idea what brand of liquor this bottle would've been used for, and also what the general time period, too? I've attached some images, thanks!

    GIX-14 19th century Scroll Flask ?

My uncle has this scroll flask from the early 1800s and I'm trying to identify it from the McKearin classification of flasks. I don't have the McKearin book sadly, but from my searching, I'm thinking this is a GIX-14 OR a GIX-12, but I can't be certain. Does anybody have any knowledge on...

    Chateau Margaux c. 1820s bottle

Hey all! My great Uncle has collected bottles since the 70s and now wants my help selling his vast collection. I'll probably be on here with lots of questions bc y'all are much more knowledgeable than I am on bottles! This is a black glass bottle he estimated to be from ~1820s with an open...
