Thank you Eric! I was just getting ready to head to the book store to possibly pick up one of the bottle books. I ended the auction, but relisted with better info on it this time.

Hi All! I was wondering if anyone may know the name of this pattern? It is blown molded glass decanter with an open pontil mark. On the front it has 2 entwined serpents that meet together for a kiss. (lol) and inbetween them is the word GIN. The rest of the bottle has arches with ferns? Any...

Thanks everyone! Doug~ it has a "hump" on the side probably caused by the maker lifting it before it was cooled completely.

Horror Story...

Last nite I was looking at a few Bottle websites and just happened to be looking at the posion bottles. Anyway, My 10 year old daughter walked in and recognized one of the bottles and said...."Me and my friends find those at the creek and break them". I said which ones?...the Blue...

Looks similar to this bottle I have. mine also has a spiderweb design on the sides. It's an old ammonia poison bottle.
