Rough day in the pits

Dug a 1850 pontil pit on the hill today, What a day .Its always fun digging pontil bottles even if everything is broken. We call it paying dues.The only full bottle was a Orricks Vermifuge Worm Destroyer from Baltimore.That one was open pontil. Two rare local C Ifland Squats were broken, A Blue...

todays digging finds

Today we dug a nice Bethlehem squat, a dyottsville blob and a summit hill JS and lots of great shards.We were so close to the mother load.We got a great permission in old Mauch Chunk and today scored more permissions. So things are on the upety up.
