Hey Neat. I almost never come to the forum anymore so, sorry it took years to notice your message. I am in southeastern Wisconsin - Milwaukee area. I've got no ideas for Adams. Sorry. Good luck out there.

Please help with this Hutch !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats. It's a cool bottle. Don't recall seeing too many bull images on early glass. I think Thatcher dairy bottles had some too.

This forum I could have used a while back

He Dtrue. I wouldn't beat myself up too much over this. If warm water alone wrecks it, it wasn't likely to survive long anyway. Kinda darwinism for bottles if you know what I mean. I wish you continued success out there.

    Pre-Prohibition beer?

Hey Relic, Kind of cool that you found it roadside. Maybe go back with a shovel for more?

My property obviously was a dump

Hey Dtruex. First of all welcome. Secondly, congrats. That's pretty exciting. The Chlorox bottle is not that rare or old but if you're getting back before 1900, sooner or later you should get into some decent items. Good luck out there.

47th Annual Milwaukee Antique Bottle & Advertising Show 2-3-2019

I attended the show on Sunday and had a blast. Shout out if you were there. It was a little disappointing that hardly anyone bothered to attend the expert lectures. I really enjoyed them. Special thanks to Jon, Linda, and Henry for taking the time and effort. Jon's was so interesting that I may...

Belated 2018 Year in Review Dive and Dumb Luck Finds

One other weird critter circling behind story. We were night diving in Cozumel. We tried to remember a reef we'd seen in daylight and wanted to swim out. We missed it and went to 40 feet deep with just that crusty sandy bottom around. A couple of fish were following us at our fin tips (like...

Belated 2018 Year in Review Dive and Dumb Luck Finds

The beaver thing is very odd. Was he biting at your fins? That's very aggressive behavior for a critter. Once I was river diving in a shallow spot (in the summer) and digging it deeper. I came up to see a muscrat right in front of me just a few feet away under the bank. It had long stained...

Belated 2018 Year in Review Dive and Dumb Luck Finds

Oh my gosh Kevin, I am so sorry. Just started typing and that somehow came out. I'm really sorry about mis-naming you. I know who you are and I look forward to your threads. And in case I was as dumb as I appear, you actually signed your name to the original post. Brilliant. Again, I apologize.

Belated 2018 Year in Review Dive and Dumb Luck Finds

Hey Bram. I did not know about your hip. Glad to hear that you've recovered well enough to get back out there. I know exactly what you mean when you say that you can cross a bunch of spots off your list. Trying new spots disappoints most of the time. You gotta do it, though (or you just keep...

    Help cleaning

Hey Warf, I'm not sure this will help. It is a post I made a long time ago. Helped a fair number of members. https://www.antique-bottles.net/showthread.php?215713-Basic-bottle-cleaning

47th Annual Milwaukee Antique Bottle & Advertising Show 2-3-2019

Thanks for posting this Tex. I was just going to put something up. In about 3 weeks the Milwaukee bottle show is on. It's great. Be there if you can.

    Early non-ACL Graf's Sodas

Hey New2. Congrats on your purchase. The botlles you bought are all collectable but the Zep is the best one. They are all dated to the 1920s and 30s. Graf did brew beer prior to prohibition (1919) but none of these are beers. He was very good at marketing and used many different bottle forms...

    Creek gave up a couple...

Congrats Sand. That is some early glass. Get some embossed ones next time and you're killing it!

    New to the forum

Welcome Yacorie. Nice start to your collection. I like the Pulver bottle and the Waveney milk. That milk is cool! Good luck collecting.

    The Joys of Winter Diving!

I agree with RCO. It's way too cold out already. Two weeks until winter begins and I'm sick of it. But I dive wet.
