New to the hoard, mason jars, marbles and more!

Almost twins, a bit different style though. They are a gorgeous shade of turquoise. Thanks for sharing your lovely collectibles

    What is this

You are most welcome! Would love to hear if it does turn out to be Vaseline glass.

    What is this

Just noticed e-bay has some vintage refrigerator water bottles somewhat similar to yours that are Vaseline Glass, so they are out there! As Sitcoms said, clean it up and try it under a black light, hopefully it will glow!

    What is this

From what I understand it will glow if put under a black light. Good luck with it!

Japanese & Dutch Soy Sauce Pots

Only one in my collection, it was dug at an old logging camp site. It was an incredible moment to realize it was completely intact. A rustic beauty!

Who still has their first dug bottle!

J.E. GOMBAULT’S CAUSTIC BALSAM….The Lawrence Williams Co Sole Props For US and Canada. Found along the reservoir, uncovered by the lowering and raising of the water levels. It was wedged between two large rocks, amazing it survived. Maybe not the rarest by any stretch but it sure holds a special...

Trying to find information about this jar.

You are welcome! Just a hint, if you can find one of these porcelain lined ball zinc lids, it may fit your jar. Here is a photo of one of mine that is a bit similar.

Trying to find information about this jar.

So I just came across a thread posted on this site on August 27, 2021 SKS.TUSC was talking about the same thing, a clear glass jar with Ball embossed on the base she had found in a thrift store. Check out the post on here from then. Appears Ball did make what they call product jars for other...

Trying to find information about this jar.

Hi, not an expert but the stippling on the bottom of the jar indicates it is a post 1940’s jar. It is an interesting shape, does it fit a regular metal canning lid and screw band by any chance? I did a little sleuthing and did not find any information on Ball making jars other than canning jars...

    AB T15 bottle

Hi, I have the same bottle, C12 on the bottom of mine. Check out “The Bottle Marks” website and look up the AB connected section. Some interesting information and some discrepancies as to who to attribute the mark to. I also have a similar quart size but it clearly has the A.B. Co. which is the...

Not every beautiful bottle has to be embossed

One in my collection, it is not embossed but often a plain bottle is just as beautiful. Helps to cap it with it a vintage marble you find on a “mudlarking adventure” Happy March hunting to all!

    Screw Top Blue

Hello! I am new to the forum and came across your post. I have the same little bottle but mine is emerald green and is just over 2.5 inches tall without the cap. It was one of 50 plus bottles/jars from1920-40’s we dug in November 2023. The site was a town established in the late 1800’s but was...
