    Cokes unlisted

Here are 5 Cokes (left-right) that you will not see in Petretti's book. The last coke on the right is a nice ice blue color, 1915 with no City or State. Just a real pretty one! From left- right: the most valuable of them all is a Barq's Coca Cola, a CCCBCo from Gulfport, Miss, a green Coca...

    HURRICANE IRENE

I hope all you diggers along the East Coast stay safe and protect all your great collections. At least you can count on the storm washing up some good stuff in the creeks and rivers in your area, when it is all past and done. Living in the area of Hurricanes, like Katrina and Camille, I know...

    zetz soda

I just picked up a nice deco ZETZ bottle from a construction site. It is from New Orleans and I think it dates around 56 judging from the mark on the heel of G5556. It also has 7-UP BOT. CO. on it. With a heat index over 110 here on the coast, all I could do was walk around scouting the grounds...

    AZEITAO PORTUGAL bottle

I dug this one a few years back. I'm assuming it to be an old wine bottle produced after the 20's-30's circa. Anyone ever drank one of these dudes? Not sure of the age? It has printed around the heel AZEITAO (line above the A) PORTUGAL J.M. DA FONSECA. INTER. with a P on the base. The bottle is...

    BUFFALO ROCK

This is one of my latest digs. A Buffalo Rock bottle from Birmingham, Ala.. Dug here in Biloxi, Ms. I dug two, but the other one was cracked a lot. I assume it is pretty common, and of little value, but it is my first dug bowling pin style soda bottle which makes it pretty cool to me. I think I...

    Dodson Hills Mfg pickle bottle

This is an old pickle bottle embossed DODSON & HILS MFG CO. ST LOUIS w/script letters in the middle as a trade mark. If you can see it in the picture, my bottle is missing the second L as shown above. Would that make it a more desireable and better priced pickle bottle. Any comments or replies...

    H K MULFORD CHEMISTS POISON

This is my best dug poison find yet. My first skull and cross bones poison [:D][:D][:D] Godda love it! Kovels list it at $235. Is that a realistic price? I saw one listed on another site, with a bid of $110. so far. Thanks for looking. Marvin

    Sept 23 dig

I had a great dig this day scoring a nice Chero-Cola and a CHOCTAW BOTTLING WORKS MOBILE ALA. hutch. The small jug was the real crier cause I think I might have broken off the handle and I didn't THINK[&:] to look for it. I was going with, feeling my way, and pulled it out of the compacted dirt...

    Sept 21 dig

Went back to the same dump and scored a couple of Chero-Cola's. The amber salt shaker looking thing has HAD-LEEN on it. Anybody know what it was. It also had a top with holes like a shaker would have. A picture of some criers will follow. Thanks for looking. Marvin

    Sept 16 dig

I made an all day dig (10 hrs) in a 5' x 5' W hole full of water. But it paid off. I threw a bucket full of slicks away but kept the ambers, florida water styles, and large slicks. My best newbies were 3 different Mobile meds and a cool amber soda called a PIN-AP-OLA made in Jacksonville Fla. No...
