    smooth man made stone tool

    i know what it is. it is a pastel.and if i am right it is made of something hard then sandstone. Because i have found digging for arrowheads. dig a little wider and deeper and the mortar should be close by.

    hello I saw that makers mark before, it looks like N Y Q & C W. N.Y.Q.& C.W.Ld............New York Quinine & Chemical Works, Limited, Brooklyn, NY. A subsidiary of McKesson & Robbins, a drug manufacturing firm first organized in 1833. I do not know the exact year that NYQ&CW was formed, but...

    NOV. ~18~ 1915

    found 3 just like that, all of them where from the 20's and they all said Pat. Nov. 16 1915. What i found out is the Pat. dated coke bottles are rare. I am from Ohio and the ones i found were from Portsmouth Ohio. I hope this helps..
