Should old acquaintances be forgot? I think not.
Anyone care to try again this year for these first three bottles? They clean up real nice. Lets make it all five, including the lady's leg, which I have never been able to find in any research that I have done.
End date December 21 and I will...

So I’m off work today and I think “Why not log on to the bottle site for some light reading?â€.
Morb, you may be exiting the conversation battered and bruised but your posts made a lot of sense. Very though provoking comments by all.

Thanks all,
The monthly Burlington Ky show used to be a great one, a lot of primitives. Then, a few years ago the KY Dept of Revenue cracked down on the collection of sales tax and the # of booths shrunk considerably. Years later there are a few good dealers but a lot more empty spaces and...
At a flea market type outdoor antique market in KY this past Sunday I noticed a "rare" misspelled Jumbo peanut butter jar. On the bottom of the jar was spelled "Jubmo". The dealer had around $90 on the thing (but would have taken less) and I wondered if it was worth it. Any idea? She is...
There you go, Rhona, making me feel guilty for not digging in my own back yard. You are always successful in your quests and I enjoy your posts. I've been probing around a bit for the illusive privy(s) but have not been back to finish my dump yet.
This weekend.
Jim
Ry,
I sent the funds your way via paypal on Sunday.
Let me know when you can give me a taste of what's to come - maybe a picture of a bottle or two clean and sparkling. I know that 23 bottles is a tall order.
Jim
Rio,
They tossed the rat but I'm still convinced that it added a hundred bucks or so to the cost. It scared the crap out of three "seasoned" concrete workers. Come to think of it, they never did come back to give me an estimate on the steps. - Jim
RE: My winter basement project
What is the size of the trough and what do you use it for, Matt?
I really like those. There's a guy located about an hour or two east of Cincinnati on highway 32 who sells them. Two problems - they cost a lot and they weight a ton.
Very nice
RE: My winter basement project ... Baltimore Pontil :)
Matt, why tuckpoint (or repoint) it? I have a similar setup but haven't really messed with it. I've always felt that the sheer width and weight of the stone will take care of it. Is there a reason to mix up a batch of mortar?
I don't...
I had a 7 foot section of my foundation dug out to straighten it. They found a two foot long petrified rat, still in his nest. So, you never know - you might end up with a trophy. - Jim
I'm with Matt.
I'm still a novice, but why would there be anything behind the coal shoot? My house has one that wasn't covered up. Nothing but coal went through there to the best of my knowledge.
