    Is this a Mineral Water?

J.P. ROBINSON SALEM N.J., on the front, Big "R" on the reverse, 1/2 pint, Emeral Green. It has Internal Stain, and Scrapes on the outside. Is this a Mineral water, and what would do you think it's value would be? Any help appreciated, thanks.
