The Bryant's Stomach Bitters (cone) was dug in San Francisco in February of 1998. It sold in Pacific Glass Auctions July 1998 Auction # 17 for $68,750. It was the first Bryant's to be offered at public auction. It was purchased by a central California collector. Just recently the same Bryant's...

Oldtimer,
Out here in the west Bodie is considered THE ghost town. Lots of folks talk about the Nevada ghost towns, but for being able to see a real untouched town that is in a arrested state of decay, Bodie be the place.
The town belongs to the State of California and is a state park. No...
The A.B. Stewart Bodie drug had a buy it now for $1200. It was bought within the first hour it was listed.
About 15 to 18 of these Stewart Bodie drugs have sold in the last few years and each time one sells it goes for a little higher price than the last one. Anything from Bodie is gold!
AP Hotaling's Babb closed at $190
Dookscoop's at $204 -
Dookscoop's Babb was bought a few months ago from American Bottle Auctions for $350. Add the 12% buyers premium, California sales tax, shipping & handling and it looks like someone took a beating to own the Babb for a couple of months.
I might not know A.P. as well as you, but I do know when he finds out about your post he'll be freaking.
Probably hiding his USA Hospitals, Western fifths & early squares as we speak!
The Babb listed by dookscoop sure looks like it spent a bit of time in the tumbler. And how about ol'dookscoops description. Would you buy a bottle from this wound tight feller?
Lordbud,

Yep, we be living like kings. We got the ocean, desert, mountains, valleys, washed up actors for public officials, so much wine that hollywood starlets like to take baths in it, possibly the country's biggest welfare system, no money for decent public education, an Indian Casino every 50 or so...
I believe they are. The Turner Bros. sold their west coast depot to McMillian & Kester in 1865 but continued in business in New York until the 1870's. McMillian & Kester were the sole agents on the Pacific Coast for the Turner Bros. products after 1865.
