Hi, this forum is great. Has anyone heard of a pot lid reading something along the lines of,
X. Bazin, gold medal awarded, crystal palace exhibition, Philada Pa.?
It might have said silver medal. I saw one for sale last year for $20. Did I pass up a good buy?

Bazin was the the USs second most prolifice pot lid producer behind Jules Hauel. Some have been reproduced but regardless most folks would take a punt at $20. Post an image next time if you are unsure.
