I have been wanting to add a web page to my site that deals with Dr Hartshorn's bottle for a while now. I find them interesting because they are for the most part fairly cheap and there are a lot of variations. They span a large time frame so changes in glass making techniques can be seen.
I started a page last night at ...
http://www.mattsoldhouse.com/MC/bottles/Hartshorn/Hartshorn.htm
Just a beginning at this point which I hope to add to.
I am looking for more Hartshorn bottles if anyone has some to trade or sell.
Also, if anyone has photos of the more rare ones (that I am unlikely to ever get) I would like to use them on the page and credit the owner.
