This bottle may well be one of the first Citrates to come off the assembly line. It has a double collared , pinched , tooled lip. Just an awesome top!! 1860-80 era. The embossing is a circle with fancy curly cues around the circle and diamond shapes in between the curls, inside the circle is "CITRATE OF MAGNESIA" Mold base is embossed"W McC & Co". Talked to a couple of my bottle digging buddies and we all agree its probably one of the first Citrates to come out. The bottle needs a good interior cleaning, some hazing and rust deposits. No chips or damage, cool bottle!! No time for pictures lately, but if a serious buyer comes up will post some. Happy Digging!!!
