I didnt get a reply when i put it in the finds section. I would really like any info on this bottle, if anybody else has seen many, price, history, etc. My bottle is a Shackelton Inhaler Bottle that says " Shackelton Inhaler Co. and has a signature of C.G. Shackelton. It is a rectanguar bottle and has "Grand Rapids, Michigan" on the opposite side. On one of the sides, it has a "Fill To Here" Line and a arrow on it. The last of the sides, it has CSA all mixed together, could be any of the combinations. Thanks for looking!

Well, for what it's worth, there is a federal case out there titled:

Jarvis v. Shakelton Inhaler Co., 136 F.2nd 116 (6th Cir. 1943)

Sorry I can't pull up the case for you, I don't have access to the right databases from home & can't use the ones at work for fun. You can print off the citation above, wander in to your nearest public law library (usually a courthouse or university), and just hand it to the law librarian. With an exact cite like that, the librarian can pull the case up for you in less than 5 minutes.
