This'll be my last post for today, as I don't want to wear out my welcome.
Here's what I like to think is a very nice, although a bit feminine, shot of some non-red 7ups with a metal carrier.
I want to see how it comes out in the forum, because the original is a very large high-definition file, and it took a while to figure out how to properly reduce it to meet size requirements without losing too much quality.
For those interested, I actually "got into" bottles because I liked the old metal six-pack carriers.
Also like Coke and Pepsi bottles and carriers, as well as any bottles that just "do it". You know what I mean! Thanks for responses! Bob

The photo came out physically larger than I wanted, but I can't seem to make it smaller without reducing quality.
Any suggestions appreciated! Bob

Having looked around the forum a little more I noticed that there's at least one other person who not only likes similar bottles, but marbles as well! So for the record I'm going to mention that there's a Peltier Seven-Up in the photo. Cheers, Bob

Hey bam, I promise you, you won't wear out your welcome with this group...just keep the bottle stuff coming. A wealth of knowledge here, we all learn more every time you post. Sometimes the other stuff gets a little tedious for some of us...

Thanks, bamascavenger! (Is Bam Bam the right name to use, or were you emphasizing your point?)
Man, the paper labels are great! The jug cracks you up at first, not laughing at it, but just laughing because it's so wonderfully outrageous. And the normal-size bottle's label is a new one to me. Which is to say it isn't one of those you see on the bay all the time. Hate to be paranoid, but sometimes I think there ought to be a warning: "New Old Stock, or Reproduction? You be the judge!" So that seems like a really good thing as far as your bottle goes.
Have you done the "looking from all angles under really bright light" test on the unlabeled bottle? I have a similar one, and when you light it just right you can read the remains of the back label. Front label too, but the straight print on the back is easier to see. Bob
