Hi capsoda,
At least someone has actually seen these before. I kept it mostly because of the very deep cobalt blue color. My original thoughts were that it probably was some sort of candle holder from long ago. The newest stuff in the dump it came from was about 1900 and there were a few pontils as well. Thanks for the info.
