Oh man, what a nice day. Almost forgot what it's like.
Couldn't really tell that this was a road 130 years ago.

Gotta make tracks to get to the digs.

This was a little depressing though. Still, It's better than finding nothing but rocks or brokens. Getting kinda tired of this hole. Decided to look around a bit.

Walked down the hill about 20' and stuck my driver into the dirt. 1,2,3,4-ding!
My partner and myself were momentarily stunned. I said, rather loudly "There is a god"
and started diggin.

It turned out to be the big brother of a bottle I dug a couple of weeks back.
My partner on this dig got a couple of different P. Moller bottles,a nice ink, a couple of commons, and hopfully more since I left early. All in all-A pretty good weekend.
Hope you all had the same or better.
See you next time on the continuing adventures of Digininit.

I was a witness to the seemingly devine intervention that guided diginit to stop digging where he was and walk 20' down the hill and locate the best bottle of the day using his patented screwdriver probing technique in less than 30 seconds! If any of you eastern diggers are having trouble locating privies on pontiled era lots/homesteads I would suggest contacting diginit and have him come out there. I am sure for food, lodging, and an equal share of the bottles he could invoke his divine powers and locate even the hardest to find privy... [sm=lol.gif]
