Great now i have a whole sub category to keep an eye out for [:D] I really like that rolling pin. thanks for posting it..Thats one heck of a top on that harrisons on your pals site...hope more people have some items stuck in glass be it coins ..etc id sure like to see them

They're are a few known specimens with coins in the stem, McKearin talks about them briefly in American glass. If I remember correctly they have been atributed to Mass, Jersey, Connecticut, New York and some of the Midwestern houses.

I alwasy wondered if the cup was broken would they they just through it away or continue breaking it to get the coin out? If you could aford to have a cup with money in it would you need to get it out? Be pretty cool to dig a broken stem with a gold piece in it!
