Its interesting that swaims was still using basically the same bottle in 1914 that they were using in the 1850s. That is an amazing run for a product.
And the price didnt change much over all those years!

Thats pretty interesting Gunth, I like how it says 2.00 each 3 for 5.00. Makes me wonder now, I found three in one pit last year, I guess they could have been all bought at the same time for the dollar off discount

The quantity discount was very common in patent medicine trade.

The profit margin was huge so if they could get you to spend more money for a bigger bottle or more bottles they won.
