Here's the story- A few months ago, I saw a rather nice Charles Gulden bottle on ebay. An emerald green triangle shaped bottle embossed Charles Gulden, Importer, New York. There was a buy it now option for $60. I watched it, planning to bid taken it didn't go too high. I wasn't sure what it was yet. Well, the seller took away the buy it now option, and the bidding took off, ending at an impressive $183.
I doubted I would see one of those again, but this week one popped up! It had some stain, but was otherwise fine. There was only one other bid on it, and it was the minimum bid! I'm trying to figure out how I got so lucky. Is ebay known for price swings that big?

Here are some pics:

Great trade on the bottle you bought. There are many factors that determine the final price. Bottles that seldom come up for sale, fluctuate the most in price. You can get lucky if no one else finds the bottle you’re looking for. A price swing as large as your bottle is rare but does happen.
