At it again.
We put up 17 pints of "Dilly Beans" today.
We use apple vinegar, salt, fresh dill, clove of garlic, cayenne pepper and fresh green beans.

Rich, you just have to make sure you water bath them in boiling water for 20 minutes to kill all the bacteria.
We've got Roma tomatoes growing to make spaghetti sauce.

LONG AGO AND FAR AWAY MY MOM USED TO PRESSURE COOK THINGS. WHEN THE WHISTLE THING ON TOP USED TO GO OFF SCARED THE HECK OUTA ME IF I WAS CLOSE AROUND! FAV. THING FOR ME SHE USED TO CAN WAS VEGETABLE SOUP! WOODY LOOKS LIKE ALOT OF PEPPER IN THERE. DOES IT MAKE THE BEANS VERY HOT? I LOVE CAYEENE PEPER AND CUT SOME UP AND PUT THEM IN WITH SOME EGGS I PICKLED ,BUT THE PEPPER HAD NO EFFECT ON THE EGGS. JAMIE

Those look so good! How long until they're ready? Would you consider selling a jar?? I just love those. I used to buy them at the store and eat the whole jar. I love salty/spicy and sweet stuff. I think my ideal meal would include some of those beans, a Hostess cupcake and some coke. LOL
