Even if your wife or girlfriend collects bottles, this bottle is never a good gift idea.

Mr Allan didnt mince words did he ?

Out of the 1000s of 19th century patent medicines that is the only one I can think of off hand which was for weight reduction.
People were more worried about being sick and dying than being fat.
