As far as what? Origin, value, product?
One interesting note on that bottle is it was #1 in the Greer collection.

It's a very nice one... I wouldn't call it cobalt, tho..

Price, origin and quality- Tempted to bid but I only have about 525 dollars to spend in my bottle budget, was thinking about not going past 400 on this?

Its most likely one of Wright's skin & hair products out of Philadelphia.
They tend to be a sapphire blue color. They are not super rare but are very desirable because of thier odd shape and as colored pontil marked bottles.
I hope you have luck bidding on it but in the past they have typically exceeded your target price by quite a bit. With the soft market these days you never know so go for it.

Yeah I see Kovels has this bottle listed at 585 dollars in 2004, but then again I've seen some good deals on higher end bottles so I may have a chance- Thanks for the info!, I was unaware that this was a hair bottle but I had my suspicions.

The fancy bottles like this were typically used for beauty products and it helped the marketing effort if they looked good in the ladies toilet collection.
