The Wier No 2 lid

I bought this at a garage sale today. It is a Wier no 2 lid has pat date mar 1 92 and April 16, 1901. Any ideas of value or rarity?

RE weir lid:::less than $5...even the jar complete isn't worth very much...too many around, I guess... I've dug many of the albany slip glazed ones...(dark brown).

Thanks for the information i couldnt pass it up for 10 cents lol . if i had left it it would have been worth its weight in gold lol
