Brian thats definately not a paperweight...Ive seen a few U.S stoneware inks Thaddeus
Davids N.Y being probably the most well known and a nice one at that. Regardless its
early and very nice.
Hey , Thanks guys for the response. It is very much appreciated !
I don't know much at all about the Ink category and I have no reference books on Inks.....So , that's why I asked the forum.
You might have something there Harry with the Nova Scotia thing .
Any Canadian collectors on board ?????
It really doesn't matter if it is worth the BIG $$$$ or anything like that . It would never be for sale as it is from my late Grandfathers collection. I just thought it would be interesting to maybe find out the rarity and a little bit about the history of this Company.
I only have 3 inks in my collection and they were all from my Grandfather....here's a pic of the three. The ink with the little cherub was a gift from the late Judge McKenzie to
my Grandmother. I have never seen another like this one either. Thanks again guys , Brian
