I FOUND THIS OLD BOTTLE ON A DIG, ITS ABOUT 6" IN HEIGHT, TEAL IN COLOR, EMOSSED ON FRONT BAIRDS BALSAM OF HOREHOUND. H. PAXTON BAIRD ON ONE SIDE, WOODSTOCK N.B. ON OTHER, ANY INFORMATION AND VALUE WOULD BE A HELP.

Hi Graham and velcome to the forum, I have a couple of these bottles in my collection. One is about 4 1/2'' and the other about 6 1/2. I live and dig further down along the border in Calais/ St. Stephen about 2 hours away. Being a patent medicine it had a wider range than if it was just a local med from one of the area pharmaccy. I find that the bottles i've seen are all bluish aqua , nice bottle espcially in the larger sizes. I would imagine that the Woodstock arae would have some nice bottles, isn't it the oldest town in Newv Brunswick. Happy digging from one border rat to another....
