The blue one ended at over 100k. Lot 54 on Heckler's auction #90. New bottle price world record.

Thanks Steve, and thanks for the great pics. Do you know who made this repro? Is it a wheaton?
Thanks again,
Jeff

Hi Red,
Yea I cant really tell from the persons pics. I will have it in my hands next week and be able to tell more. From the pics that she sent me it didnt look like it had their little indentation on the bottom. Thats why I was asking if any one knew of any other companies domestic or foreign that was doing repro's of this one.
Thanks again Red,
Jeff

P.S. Still need to hook up when you get down here this year. Didnt get a chance last year.

JEFF...I have pix of some of these flasks and others in the reproes section. I can't prove it, but I believe they were made in the late 70s by the Kanawha, W VA Glass Co...

Thanks whiskeyman... I looked there and found it. YEP.. thats the exact same one I have. Just arrived today here are some pics. I think the most tell tale sign on these are the finish. The neck tapers up and and is really thick.

Do you see these alot? I looked around and couldnt find one untill I seen yours.

Jeff...actually these flasks aren't all that often seen. I bought a boxful (10 or so), from a guy back in the late 80s who was set up at a roadside stand. A few others I have bought off of eBay, but I can't recall seeing any at the bottle shows I used to attend.
