Looks like a pile of glass I found at 30's and 40's dump I dig. Maybe I should get it and sell it along with some ocean front property I have in Arizona.

It's probably some 10 year old kid who doesn't know any better. I know 10 year old's aren't supposed to be able to register but there are a lot of things that aren't supposed to happen on ebay.
Just ask blobbottlebob, did I spell that right.
Stuff happens thousands of times a day that aren't part of "the policy"

I contacted the seller and asked what solid proof they could provide that this was from the earthquake. The answer was about 3 paragraphs long and in short couldn't offer any type of proof. Stated he has been digging for 20 years.
Part of his answer is as follows,

" So terrible that such situations cannot be based on a system of truth and integrity , I could possibly get a letter from the University of California stating these were found on their properties " Went on to mention maybe having them carbon tested to prove age of items
