Gunther here is an ad for Dr. Mellens Cough Drops in the April 26th of 1821 edition of the Philadelphia National Gazette and Literary Register. He also advertised in the Nov.20th edition of 1820 in the same Newspaper. Are you familiar with this bottle? Is this Mellen associated with the Mellens from the Pittsburgh district at the time of this ad.
