U. S. dept of the interior wildlife sign

Found this burried in the dirt in a old barn floor the other day. Anybody know a value on this one.. I found one listed on a online antique store for 395.00 Measure 15"x18" anyone know an age ?? I was thinking 40' s 50's it's porcelain with brass gromets

I know where there are probably 40-50 of those around local refuges. My brother has a couple of them. $395? No way.

I would to have a Dept. of the Interior for the (former) U.S. Bureau of Mines." I retired from the U.S.B.M. many years ago. Shortly after I retired all of its work went to the Dept. of the Interior's U.S. Geological Survey.
